Social characteristics of patients under active dispensary observation

Social status of two groups of mentally ill has been analyzed: some of them committed socially dangerous acts (SDA) and were exposed to compulsory treatment (group 1). Behavior of other patients represents potential social danger (group 2). Family adaptation of patients of group 1 appeared to be reliably worse than of group 2 at the expense of lonely patients. Overwhelming majority of patients of groups 1 and 2 have documented group of disability but more than 60 % work without documentation of labor relations.
