Social characteristics of medical workers, prevention and rehabilitation

Resume: In today's rapidly changing world, social work has become one of the most important humanitarian educational specialties and professions necessary for the sustainable social development of society. Within the profession, areas of knowledge are actively developing, requiring special training of personnel, in particular, those employed in the provision of social and medical assistance to the population. At present, the national health care system is not able to fully fulfill the medical and social functions, as provided by the legislation before the reforms of the 90s of the last century.
