Social dimensions of industrial enterprises' vital activity, responsibility, and vital support

The article examines the problems of forming producers' production behavior during twenty years of their activity, sustainability, and vital support. In the process of theoretical analysis of the study of signs and features of producers' production behavior, including proposed such criteria for typology as the level of economic freedom, the level of production behavior in the production environment, the level of compliance with actual and expected functional-role behavior. The characteristic of the influence of production behavior on the level of labor productivity has been empirically proven (expert assessments, N=73). Based on the data of comparative analysis (1994, N=320, 2024, N=642), surveys of industrial enterprises draw conclusions about the dynamics of social indicators of producers' production behavior, revealing the development of their sequence. The given assessments allow us to conclude that under the current conditions, the employee's labor potential can be limited in use, used with significant retraining of personnel, or, most often, cannot be used. The article draws special attention to the fact that the viability and solvency of a person are mandatory components of his/her life support, however, for example, they do not always determine it.
