The social partners of CSCFiT: the strategy of support of professional skills competition

The project of competitive activity, which is developed by teachers of the Chelyabinsk State College of Food Industry and Trade and successfully implemented during the 2010-2015, is considered in this article. This project is presented as one of the most important ways to achieve the quality of vocational training within the educational activity of college. It is considered the general requirements for the level of training of future specialists in Food services and interests of specific organizations - social partners CSCFIT, taking an active part in the project. The article also presents the results of the described project.
