The terminological and methodological tools of empirical research are described, the task of which was to study the relationship of the individual psychological characteristics of employees of an enterprise (firm), on the one hand, and their social ideas regarding the use of digital technologies, on the other. The study was carried out as part of an interdisciplinary project, so it was important to find the place of the studied psychological phenomena in the subject paradigm of the interdisciplinary concept [1]. The following are taken as individual psychological characteristics: trust / distrust of the world, people, themselves; risk appetite, level of subjective control, rigidity. To measure them, standardized tests were used to study the individual psychological characteristics of the personality. Social representations are identified using tools specially designed by the authors and analyzed according to a number of parameters. Further publication of the results obtained during the study is expected as they are processed and interpreted.
