Social habits and law: some aspects of interaction

The article addresses the issue of the relationship between social habits and law. The authors proceed from the assumption that the relationship of habits and rights is of a bilateral (mutual) character. At the end of the article, it was concluded that, in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of legal regulation, the habits of lawful behavior should be maintained and, on the contrary, counteracted to habits of illegal behavior.
