Social problems of transport organizations on the Russian Far East and the attempts to overcome them in 1990's

The article based on the analysis of archival sources and periodicals presents the results of the research concerning the key problems in the social management of the Far Eastern transport companies. The focus is on the experience of crisis management measures under the circumstances of establishing market relations.
