Social programs in the customs authorities and the practice of their implementation

Social security for employees of government agencies is of no small importance for the implementation of the state’s social policy, material support and ensuring social equality of the country’s citizens. The article examines the main social programs that are aimed at maintaining a decent level of social and material security for the personnel of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, and also analyzes the indicators for the last three years. In conclusion, the vulnerabilities of the existing level of social security are identified and recommendations for their elimination are proposed.
