Social regulators in the new age

The article analyzes the role of social regulators in the new conditions of world reality. The history and philosophy of the emergence and development of the main regulators - socio-cultural and power (legal) - are studied. It is noted that such turning points in the life of the world community as revolution, wars, world economic crises determined the relevance of a theoretical and practical approach to the actual understanding of their role in the development of the world order. The dominance of the economic factor and its influence on historically established social regulators are discussed.
