Social risks-factors of information inequality in the context of digital transformation of society

The article is devoted to the consideration of the theoretical aspects of the concept of "information inequality", the identification of its essential characteristics and indicators offunctioning. The main attention is focused on the analysis of objective and subjective social risk factors of information inequality that increase the polarization of the population and its stratification division in the conditions of the formation of a digital society. A factorial model of information inequality has been developed that defines the key directions for overcoming social risks in the digital economy.
