Social technologies as a tool of system transformation in personnel management

The article argues the idea of the necessity of social technologies implantation into the practice of personnel management services. The author claims, that the modern Russian society is passing through the dynamic transformations of the social system and socio-cultural practices that increase the role of communicative component in social processes. Therefore, there is a need for the specific technologies of social planning, designing and prediction of personnel development in the situation when the organizational management system is adapting to the social changes. The basis of all social technologies is the social communication. However, the variety of social technologies has determined the necessity of the systematization and definition of those, that are most acceptable in personnel management. And the author offers its own classification of the social technologies, of the technologies of personnel development and of the vision of its realization algorithm.
