The article considers how to improve the system of personnel training for small business through the implementation of social technologies monitoring the company’s activities: social-communicative, competitive, development of educational traditions, and supervising. The author believes the low efficiency of the social management of personnel training and professional development is the reason determining the need for social technologies application.
