Social technologies in management system: the essence and advantages

The study deals with the theoretical conceptualization of social technologies being an effective improvement tool in the company’s management system. It is reasonable for organizations to employ social technologies when addressing the challenges of the social management enhancement and company’s management system development. The research analyzes the essence and advantages of social technologies in the management system through the advantageous combination of their properties such as the management system formalization, structural integration and coordination, capacities for ineffective management risk reduction. It is proved that increased use of these properties can become a strategic factor in the proactive social management adaptation and survival of a company, maintenance of its competitiveness and resilience to a crisis. The author concludes that social technologies should be introduced into the management system. The researcher points out that the sustainability of the social environment and social status of employees appears to be a relevant and problematic task since the social effectiveness in management can be easily underestimated.
