Specifics of the development of industrial services in the context of technical and technological modernization of economy of the Republic of Belarus

This article is devoted to the problems of social capital, social and economic phenomenological nature of which hasn''t been completely discovered up to the present day. With the aim of filling the theoretical and methodological gap, the author considers social capital in the context of the class approach and that has allowed him to come to the following conclusion: the total number of «social capital» in the society is not the sum of «social capital» of all its subjects. The author proposes the criteria of evaluation of the social capital of Belarus, and the consequences of its impact on the stability of the Belarusian society, as well as the mechanism of the new strategy for the development and capitalization of social potential. He discloses the features of social entrepreneurship, which is both the result and the most important instrument of accumulation and capitalization of social capital. The author also develops the complex of measures aimed at rapid accumulation and capitalization of the Belarusian social capital at the micro-, meso- and macrolevels.
