The analysis of the social capital of the youth of Perm was carried out, on the basis of which the existing problems related to the state of the social capital of youth were highlighted, namely: the confidence of young people in government institutions is generally low, weak ties among young people are not developed enough, which limits young people in access plan to various resources. It is also common for young people to justify deviations widespread in society, such as: abortion, prostitution, suicide, divorce, homosexuality, euthanasia. Young people are not inclined to innovative, creative activity and at the same time the vast majority of them are not members of any public organizations. All this impedes the development and realization of social capital. Recommendations have been made to improve the state of social capital.
