The social code of the Russian Federation: an outdated unrealizable utopia or the near future?

In this article, through the prism of the general methodology of the theory of law, elements of dialectical philosophy, doctrinal provisions, domestic and foreign experience, an assessment of the possibility of codification of the social security legislation of the Russian Federation with subsequent development, adoption and entry into force of the Social Code of the Russian Federation is given. Having studied modern legislation in this area, having considered all its problems related to haphazardness and inconsistency, we concluded that it was necessary to codify it, and also gave some technical and legal recommendations on the content and structure of the Social Code.
