Social control in the activities of the court

The question of the causes of juvenile delinquency, the ways and means of its prevention is not theoretically clear in modern conditions, legal and methodological modernization does not keep pace with the development of the phenomenon. The article proposes the analysis of materials characterizing the local manifestations of the process in terms of its assessment within a specific territory. Emphasis is placed on the organization of the work of the district court as a subject of prevention. A comparative statistical analysis of court practice was carried out, age characteristics were emphasized, the types of crimes committed were studied, the subject of the crime was assessed. In this area, the main cause of deviant behavior of adolescents is family distress. A system of coordinated prevention measures within the district has been studied.
