Social control in the process control acquisition of non-state universities

In this article, concepts are revealed: control, social control, higher education, education, non-state education. Practical recommendations are given on the development of forces and means of social control of the process of staffing non-state institutions of higher learning. The author draws attention to the importance of informal control in the educational environment. Social control is seen as a function of management.
