Social experience and the problem field of youth socialization

The article analyzes the forms and factors of development and lines of translation of the social experience of a new educational generation in public strategies. Social experience is considered as a condition and at the same time a result of socialization. It is emphasized the increasing role of social experience in personal becoming and development of worldview attitudes in connection with the crisis of other socialization agents in conditions of social uncertainty. We have substantiated the importance of targeted socialization based on educational procedures that legalize communications in different age contingents, social groups that build a system of social interaction. It is concluded that the transformation of types of rationality, the destabilization and flexibilization of all social representations and regulators, the ambivalence of moral attitudes, and social distance actualize the search for methods of socializing a new generation based on existing and emerging social experience.
