Social package for employees as one of the ways to motivate staff

The article examines the issues of employee motivation at the current stage of society development through the prism of satisfying their needs. The problem of staff turnover is faced not only by small businesses due to low wages, but also by large companies that spend significant funds on hiring employees who quit after 1-1.5 years. Now many companies are trying to interest employees with various bonuses, one of which is the social package. The article analyzes the social packages that exist in practice. An assessment is given of the role of the social package in increasing staff motivation, productivity and performance.
