Social protest and social criticality: the new times

The author analyzes the mass protest movement, to cover the world at the beginning of the third millennium, is considering new types of social protests, their nature and causes. The author concludes that the protests — is one of the conditions of social existence, and the welfare of the society is not able to save him from the social upheavals and catastrophes. The author considers the possibility of learning new processes in the framework of the general theory of systems.
