Social risk and its relationship with the age and level of education of the subject of a traffic crime (analysis of criminal indicators of road accidents in Russia)

The article examines the features of social risk in the field of road traffic, its state, dynamics and trends in the Russian Federation, reveals the socio-demographic characteristics of persons who commit road traffic accidents and their connection with road traffic accidents, victimization of road users. Based on the analysis of Russian statistical data, the comparison of indicators related to road traffic crimes involving the death of people with the age, gender and level of education of the perpetrators and their victims was carried out. It is suggested that improving the quantitative and qualitative features of traffic crimes will be associated with the specific characteristics of the human factor in it.
