The social status of the physician in modern Russian society

The article examines the features of the social status of the physician in modern Russian society in connection with the changes that have occurred in recent years in the field of medicine and have been affected by globalization and information technologies. Analyzing these structural changes, the authors disclose factors that can be considered as determining the status of the physician in modern society.
