The sociological concept of such a character as “Stranger” is very ambiguous. Stranger is someone who came today to stay tomorrow, which is a common situation for companies accepting new employees. The role of Stranger for companies is very ambiguous. For example, if the organization is not ready to «break» its structure for Stranger, even with important qualities, then such candidates are usually eliminated at the selection stage. If the company is faced with the issue of its strategic competitive advantages and survival, and the relevant subject has exclusive knowledge and competencies, then the situation appears in a completely different light.
