Socio-Humanitarian Cooperation of the Union State of Russia and Belarus as a Tool for Strengthening the Integration Project: Mechanisms and Modern Challenges

The article is devoted to the analysis of the processes of development of socio-humanitarian cooperation within the framework of the Union State and the role it plays in strengthening the integration project of Russia and Belarus. The period under review covers 2022–2025, when, against the background of the increasing complexity of the international situation and the growing aggressive policies of unfriendly countries, the intensification of hybrid information warfare, the socio-humanitarian dimension of integration began to be considered not as a secondary addition to the political and economic track, but as an independent and significant instrument of union building. The research focuses on educational, cultural, humanitarian and informational areas of integration, through which the Union State seeks to consolidate its presence in the public consciousness and the daily lives of citizens of the two countries. The article concludes that the socio-humanitarian cooperation of the Union State has already become an independent tool for strengthening the integration project, but its potential is not fully realized.
