Socio-lingual aspects of the Povolzhje native peoples protection

The influence of ethno-lingual problems on the development of ethno-political processes in the Povolzhje regions as well as the essence of lingual magnetism, mobilising ethnicity, are highlighted in the article. After some concrete examples the necessity of formation of tolerant inter-relation ethnic communities on the basis of competent ethno-lingual state policy is proved.
