Sociocultural focus of project activities in domestic theaters for children and youth

Understanding the issues of using project activities in the field of culture and its role in the development of cultural institutions are in demand both from a scientific point of view and for applied purposes. The use of the project approach and project management methods complements the existing management system of budgetary organizations in the field of culture. Thanks to the implementation of cultural projects, urgent social problems are solved, various creative ideas are realized. Therefore, the introduction of project technologies into the practice of cultural institutions provides many opportunities for the implementation of socially significant cultural initiatives, allows increasing the level of events and attract additional or extra-budgetary sources of funding. At the same time, the problem of the competence of employees of cultural institutions in the field of socio-cultural design and project management, misunderstanding of the specifics of project activities and their difference from current work remains relevant.
