Socio-cultural environment of education in the conditions of formation high pedagogical school (example of Mongolia Sate University of Education)

The article describes the history of Mongolia Normal University. Higher education has to rely on national culture, expanding cooperation between Mongolian and foreign universities. Improve the quality of studying and approach to the world level are the main purposes of higher education in Mongolia. The education sphere reflects a real change of the economic and social process in the state. Higher education is in the direction of understanding of contemporary modernization and internationalization processes taking place in world higher education.
