Sociocultural transformation of the modern society in the context of conceptual and instrumental aspects of language

The article considers sociocultural transformation manifested itself in the change of social organization and types of culture reproduction, which determine the development strategies of the modern society. These processes are associated with the ontological characteristics of language, its conceptual and instrumental aspects, therefore, the author justifies the idea of participation of the language factor in the socio-cultural dynamics, which becomes contradictory in the globalizing world.
