Sociological aspects of public service institutionalization: international experience and its adaptation in Russian conditions (case study of the Republic of Komi)

The article deals with the essence of the Single Window Service in the context of public services provided by the government bodies. The author reviews the interpretation and approaches to the classification and differentiation of various forms of single window services, as well as the features of the implementation of this principle in the developed and developing countries. To date, there has been accumulated considerable experience in the implementation of the single window principle in the rendering of public services in Russia. The paper analyzes the experience of the Republic of Komi, where the author was involved in the program of implementation of the single window principle of public and municipal services.
