The aim of this article is to develop a model of sociological and managerial technologies aimed at improving quality of life in the context of large-scale digital transformation. The research challenge lies in the need to translate the statistically identified relationship between the level of digitalization and the quality of life index into practical applications for targeted and informed management. The study is based on an analysis of data from the international Numbeo database on the quality of life index and its components for Russia, Germany, and the USA for 2013–2024, as well as digitalization indicators. Standard correlation analysis was used as the primary method for proving the hypothesis. Empirically, a strong positive correlation has been demonstrated between the quality of life index and internet accessibility in Russia. Key components of this growth have been identified: a decrease in the cost of living, improved healthcare, and increased housing affordability and security. Based on this data, a conceptual model has been developed that facilitates the transition to proactive quality of life management, where every digital decision is supported by sociological assessments and aimed at measurable results. Overcoming the digital divide and developing infrastructure are key to success.
