The sociological analysis of human potential in the social security system of the Republic of Dagestan

The article presents the results of the author's sociological research of human potential of the social security system employees in the Republic of Dagestan. Special attention is given to the scientific relevance of the research of human potential differentiation. The author considers the types of human potential differentiation of social workers. Based on the analysis of materials and results of the undertaken sociological study the author concludes that there is a need to improve the quality of human potential of social workers in the Republic of Dagestan.
