Sociological analysis of the factors increasing the efficiency of intellectual capital management of non-profit educational organizations (based on the choice of the legal form)

For management of non-profit educational organizations, the choice of the legal form can be a basis of the system of intellectual capital management. The article analyses some elements, which promote or keep down the growth of the intellectual capital of non-profit educational organizations. These elements are: legal status, reputation, individual approach, material and technical resources, convenient and popular forms, methods, technologies of training, faculty members, partnership links as constitutive parts of the intellectual capital.
