The article considers the “Orthodox Christianity and the World" web community in the “VKontakte" social network in the context of involvement of the target audience. The author carries out an analysis of the “Orthodox Christianity and the World" community in comparison with other “VKontakte" media groups according to the number of criteria. It is concluded that the activity and involvement of the subscribers of the “Orthodox Christianity and the World" is much higher than in the similar worldly theme communities.
