Sociological survey as a method of improving the quality of medical care

The article presents the results of the sociological research focused on searching effective methods of organization and management of medical care quality. The survey was conducted among patients of the nursing patronage service (sampled population - 46.7%). The author concludes that there is a need for systematic, purposeful sociological researches, as well as their full and professional application at medical centres.
