Socionomic approach in the study of the main types of managers' resilience

The article deals with the topical problem of resilience of managers as specialists working in stressful conditions. With this aim the authors study the interrelations between structural components of human resilience and perception of psychotypes, information processing and ways of decision making. The empirical study is conducted with the use of psychological testing of resilience and personal psycho-types, and processing and interpretation of the results are conducted on the basis of correlation analysis. On the basis of the obtained data the conclusions on interrelations between resilience of manager personality and ways of perception, information processing and ways of decision making are made, on the base of which the main types of manager personality are allocated.
