Social medium and gender identity

The up-to-data situation in the Russian society includes traits typical for the transitory stage from previous traditional society to the modern one. The adjustment of the part of the population to the new conditions is threatened by the necessity to live in the environment of the urgency, overstimulation, and instability. The process is aggravated by the impact of various negative factors: an extreme economic polarization, low salaries, the absence of real social security and personal safety, unemployment, problem of refugees, unpredictability of the negative events. As a result, the tendency to the increase of mental disorders connected with the psychosocial pressure is registered the main clinical symptoms and psychodynamic of these disorders are described. The significance of the integrated approach which includes not only biomedical, but also psychosocial, psychodynamic, legal, economic, and religious paradigms is emphasized.
