Working towards a «Common space on education» between the EU and Russian Federation: developing educational links and institutionalised social partnerships in professional and higher education

The paper considers the practical outcomes of the Delphi II project and considers these in relation to the current political context of the Russian Federation's engagement with European initiatives aimed at creating commonality in aspects of education across the continent.
