Content of ascorbic acid and peroxidase activity in room plants

Аnnotation: In this paper, a quantitative analysis of the content of vitamin C and peroxidase in indoor plants was carried out. This work is both theoretical and research in nature, as studied scientific data on the properties of ascorbic acid and peroxidase. To analyze the content of ascorbic acid and peroxidase, a comparative analysis of possible methods of quantitative determination was carried out. The content of vitamin C and the activity of peroxidase in individual houseplants were determined experimentally, using an available technique.
