Bioamines content in tissues of different rabbits organs in the conditions of inadequate axoplasm current in vagus nerves

The contents of serotonin, histamine and catecholamines in tissues of heart, lungs and liver in rabbits at the different periods of postnatal ontogeny were estimated. It was shown, that the character and the degree of changes of bioamines content are result in inadequate axoplasm current in vagus nerves, that become apparent in the most degree in 30-45 days-old animals. At the subsequent ontogeny period the axoplasm current in nerve fibers is restored.
