The content and the key elements of the innovation potential of the company personnel

This article proposes an approach to formation and implementation of innovative potential that lies in the field of the strategic management of human resources and company, consists in development of an optimal and flexible pattern of HR management with regard to the peculiarity of the company, the job duties of employees, in accordance with the chosen organizational structure and the remuneration scheme. In other words, the article discusses the alteration of the principles of work organization in order to provide the employees with maximum possible freedom within a rigid framework of the basic employment duties or requirements to the final result. The author defines a concept of innovation, considers approaches and classification covering it, as well as refers to the works of Russian and foreign authors dealing with this subject, discusses cases which show the possibility of realization of the innovative potential of staff by means of an integrated approach to the assessment of the impact of the fundamental elements of the enterprise management system in general and the HR management in particular. The content of the innovative potential of personnel is revealed, and corresponding conclusions are made. The paper suggests an approach to the creation and implementation of the innovative potential of the enterprise in the sphere of the strategic management of personnel and a company as a whole.
