The content and principles of effective management of educational institution

The authors of this article based on the analysis of requirements both foreign and domestic educational practices are identified and substantiated factors and the main principles of effective management of educational organization and they are also defined the requirements to the modern head of the educational institution. The relevance of study of approaches for effective management of an educational organization is determined by that the current education management system needs to be improved in connection with new technologies and trends in area of education.
