Content and levels of enterprises’ investment policy

As a rule, a question of investment policy subject is not examined in the literature, dedicated to the study essence, functions, tasks and principles of investment policy. Meanwhile this question has important significance for formulation of investment policy effective directions. Differentiation of spheres of responsibility between an owner and a manager allows obtaining the predictable results of business activity and decreases the risks of making erroneous decisions. The article states the author's understanding of investment policy content as a two-level process, based on the division of authorities between an owner and a manager.
