Contents of the economic category «Negaresources»

The article reveals the content of the term «negaresourses», describes the history of the emergence of this term, and provides specific examples of negaresourses. The authors pay special attention to two of the most important and promising areas of «production» of negaresources - energy saving and collaborative consumption. The paper outlines some possible directions for creating a market for negaresourses and prospects for using this market as an institutional tool for solving the problem of environmental damage reduction and internalizing of external effects arising in the sphere of production and consumption in general, as well asin the sphere of natural resource management in particular.
