The ecological toxicant content in the Tyumen region poultry products

The possibility of lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury ingress into the human body through the poultry products in the Tyumen region is considered in the article. The excess of standards on arsenic in the poultry muscle tissue and eggs in the poultry farm "Tyumen Broiler" is established. The cadmium values in the poultry egg were higher than the maximum permissible concentration in all Tyumen region poultry farms.
