Content of the model of physical education of children of senior preschool age based on the use of fitness technologies

Relevance. One of the modern directions of the process of physical education of children of older preschool age is children's fitness. Currently, there is an extensive range of fitness technologies used in preschool educational organizations (DOE), which are used in various forms of physical culture and recreational activities. However, in the practice of the work of the preschool there are not enough scientifically based recommendations on the use of the most effective organizational forms, means and methods of fitness technologies, taking into account the age-related preschool ontogenesis. This was the basis for the development of the content of the model of physical education of children of older preschool age on the basis of the most effective types of fitness technologies. The purpose of the study is to develop the content of the model of physical education of children of older preschool age based on the use of fitness technologies. Research methods. To achieve this goal, the research process used the analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, questionnaires, correlation analysis, modeling and design. Outcomes. Based on the correlation analysis, a positive relationship between psycho-physical indicators and a number of modern types of fitness technologies was revealed, which made it possible to develop a model of physical education of children of older preschool age, which includes the following interrelated components: projective, methodological, professional-competence, organizational-managerial, content-methodical, procedural-technological, control and accounting. Conclusion.
