Contents of molecular products of lipids peroxidations at a craniocereberal trauma in various biological environments

By the purpose of work was the study of change of the contents of peroxide oxidation of lipids in gumoral mediums (blood, cerebrospinal liquor) at the patients in the sharp period of a heavy cranial trauma at the right and lefthemisphere of localization of damages. It is revealed, that at lefthemisphere of localization of the centers of a bruise and gematomas of heavy degree of weight more significant increase of a level of products a peroxidation of lipids in whey of blood and cerebrospinal liquor is characteristic, than at righthemisphere.
