The quantitative composition of the stock substances in the Ornithogalum umbellatum vegetative organsdur-ing three vegetative periodsis analyzed. For the first time in the Western Siberia forest-steppe zone conditions the accumulation dynamics of sugars, starch, saponins, ascorbic acid, pectins, protopectins, catechines, flavonols in thisspecies leaves and bulbs is determined.
