Content of title to natural resources

This article discusses the legal rules governing the ownership of natural resources. There are three main branches of the content of ownership of natural resources: ownership, use, disposal, as well as their characteristics and examples. The main conclusion is that the observance of rational exploitation and correct use by the subjects of the requirements for environmental protection, as a result, will reduce the rate of pollution, depletion and prevent the destruction of the environment.
