In work concentration changes prostaglandin J2 (PGJ2) in whey of blood and sizes of a complex of an intim-media (CIM) of the general carotid at women with an arterial hypertensia (АG) various severity level in postmenopausal the period are characterised 120 patients Аhave been included in research II and III degrees, the risk 4, being in natural posmenopaus. The control group was made by conditionally healthy 25 women without АG and risk factors. The carried out researches have shown that at patients АG II and III degrees in comparison with control group the authentic increase in maintenance PGJ2 in blood and CIM of the general carotid comes to light thickness. The comparative analysis has allowed to establish characteristic for АG growth PGJ2 in blood and thickness CIM of the general carotid in direct dependence on severity level of disease in process of its increase, and also presence hypercholesterolemia as risk factor of a cardiovascular pathology.
